I worked with Brett from Heat Savers on a heat pump with 3 units for my three-story house (one on each floor) and it was a great experience. They looked after everything I needed on my budget and the installation team did a fantastic job of setting it up neat and tidy.

Heat Savers answered all my questions and were always prompt and courteous, even after the installation was complete. Would recommend to anyone!

My experience at Heat Savers was a pleasure from start to finish. The showroom is large and the staff is helpful and friendly. Brett and all the staff that I dealt with there were helpful, pleasant and accommodating. I had to change my order twice from the original order and both times it was absolutely no problem and Brett easily accommodated my changing situation. The installation crew was on time, polite, friendly, and got the job done efficiently.The Valor unit that I purchased looks great and the quality is what I expected.

Heat Savers has changed our home for the better. As my wife and I have gotten older, its been harder and harder to go outside and get wood for our 3 wood fireplaces. A couple years back, Brett at Heat Savers helped us transition one of our fireplaces over to gas. It has been a lifesaver! Heat Savers came and installed the fireplace and it made our lives significantly easier. I have peace of mind knowing my wife can easily get a fire going without going outside for wood. We actually loved it so much that we spent the past year transitioning our other 2 fireplaces to gas as well. This past winter was particularly cold, but the new gas fireplaces kept us cozy and warm.

My wife and I spent the pandemic renovating our home and we decided to go with a gas fireplace from Heat Savers. We spoke with Brett and he was extremely knowledgeable. He helped us pick the right style for our home and supported us through the purchase.
Now we are moved into our new home and we love our fireplace. I come home every day after work and turn it on and sit by the fire. Its amazing.
