Property Wizard - Outstanding Window, Roof, and Gutter Cleaning

We had the crew at Property Wizard install mesh gutter guards. They were efficient, professional and courteous. Definitely deserved a 5 star rating.

First time using Property Wizard. Very courteous staff, de-mossing and gutter cleaning done well for the quoted cost. The tech even did a quick fix of one of the downspouts, free of charge, because he had the tools with him. An excellent business; would highly recommend.

Nikita and his partner did a very thorough job of cleaning the gutters. In addition, we were provided with high quality images detailing their work and which also highlighted some issues with the roof. We were very pleased with the service provided and look forward to having the crew back in the future.

We hired Property Wizard for the full meal deal. The owner was so incredibly customer service orientated - he fit us in on the weekend! All his services he said he would do, was completed on time, professionally and spotless. Our roof was in a huge need of some cleaning love and he busted his rear in the sunshine for a full 6 hours, until it was done. The ground cleanup was so clean you'd never know he cleaned the roof at all. He came back the following day and completed the gutters, eavs and windows. We had a few tough windows to get to, he nailed it. They are so clear and clean, I feel like I live in a brand new house. Such professionalism and quality I HIGHLY recommend you stop your search and just pull the trigger on Property Wizard. I will never look for someone else again. You will also not regret it.
