I first met Chris when we moved to Victoria in 2015 and I feel fortunate he was able to take on our project when we were finally ready to build our dream home beginning in 2022. We have now completed the design phase, as well as the landscape planning, demo and excavation of our property with Christopher Developments. With an eye for detail, a transparent process and great communication, Chris and his team of professionals are a pleasure to work with. We have permits in hand and are seamlessly moving on to the build phase, and look forward to continuing to work with Chris and his team throughout the construction. Chris hit the ground running with our custom home build. His professionalism and impeccable eye to detail along with his time and tradesmen management was incredible to say the least. Chris's building team and other subcontractors are excellent, as Chris has chosen them carefully over the years. Chris went to our house every day, and I was always able to meet him to discuss anything that came up. Chris also has a keen design eye and gave us many good ideas. Another testament to Chris's professionalism is the comments I received from our neighbours while we were building - all of them were pleased with the organization of the project and the cleanliness of the surrounding area. Lastly, Chris maintains very good relationships with his clients once a project is complete, and we are very happy to be among those clients.

Chris Walker has assembled a team of contractors who professionally get the job of building a new house done. After hearing horror stories of delays, and poor responsiveness we were totally happy with how smoothly our build went. A lot of this can be put down to Chris and his high expectations. After moving in to our new house his role was not over. If we needed something adjusted, fixed, even explained, he ensured that his trades people would get it done in a timely manner. This is so important.
The other part of the team is Joan who efficiently communicated with us about financial aspects of our project.
