(January 16, 2019, 6:54 pm)I had been suffering from terrible daily headaches when a friend sent me to see Karena for face reflexology. I had never had a reflexology treatment before and wasn't sure what to expect. Karena was kind and knowledgeable. The treatment itself was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep. About an hour after our appointment my headache disappeared for the first time in a week. The change in how I felt (including my mood) was enormous. I'm so grateful to Karena for her practice and for her compassionate way of being with people. She truly helped me.
