Nubo Japanese Tapas

Nubo is the ONLY place you should be going for Japanese Tapas in Victoria. The food is prepared out in the open and is ALWAYS fresh. I have been more times than I can count and every time has been amazing. Definitely worth the wait on weekends. I have also ordered takeout and the food is still exceptional quality. Would highly recommend.

Really amazing sushi. Nice restaurant atmosphere and great location. The servers are very professional and very attractive. All in all the restaurant is a must.

This place is THE place to go for sushi in Victoria. I really don’t want to say that...because already it’s hard for me to get a seat without YOU in line blocking me.

I normally just judge a food place by food...but the service I received was on par with the best of best service. I had a seat at the bar and was able to really watch this team work together as they fulfilled orders. It was a true pleasure to watch:)

Oh...and the food. Yes I judged this place by the food and it gets 5 FULL STARS. How dare you even ask!! ;)

Come here and eat. It is REALLY amazing! But please come here and eat QUICKLY so I don’t need to wait for a table so long! Lol

They're open late, which is great if you decide you don't want fast food at 11pm on a weeknight. The service is great and the atmosphere is pretty neutral. The food came out quickly, but was not especially delightful. There's definitely better sushi places nearby.

Amazing food and good service. The fish quality was excellent and the flavours of each dish were on point. The dishes were creative and their menu is huge. We went on a Friday night and they were very busy but totally worth the wait! Best sushi I've had in Victoria.
