Pacificanna Victoria Fairfield - Cannabis Store

I live nearby and was happy to see a dispensery open. I went a half dozen times. I prefer to use high THC concentrates, for instance live rosin , which they sell.
The product is sold in small amounts in relatively large jars. Because it's partially liquid it's a problem when stored on its side which they do. The product then spreads on the tinfoil/ foam cover. From which it does not come off. As much as 10% each time.
After half a dozen times I tried to show the problem to staff. They were totally disinterested . They suggested if I don't like don't buy it. I said I simply wanted to show a problem in packaging to them. I was told I can't open the package in the store.
Whether I can or can not show them a defect in their product I can tell other people to be aware they have a problem with packaging and another problem with customer service. Or rather they have no customer service thus no problem.

We've gone to this store every time we've been in the area over the past couple months... I've yet to have anything to complain about. The staff are always friendly, they're quite knowledgeable - their recommendations haven't let me down yet! Definitely been impressed with the service, will definitely be back!
