(September 17, 2018, 3:29 pm)We’re in town from the States and realized we were missing some hardware to install fenders on my girlfriend’s bike. Billy and the crew at North Park Bike Shop were very friendly and simply *gifted* us the nuts and bolts we needed. Also gave me a recommendation for a better kickstand when I asked — and then apologized for not having the ability to install today...after being kind and giving me free hardware!!! Top notch! I’ve only been there once but really *do* feel like they know my name and bike!!!
