GableCraft Homes At Royal Bay

Frantic building of new homes, filling a need, I guess. Too much density for my liking.

I have heard good things about Royal bay homes and yes I am in love with the area and Gablecraft’s great work and thoughtful details inside and outside the house. Well-planned neighbourhood especially with separated bike lanes and crossings with bright lights! Thanks to Patty from the show home and Conner from the site. Such a great team.

Wow. Just wow!! All I can say about GableCraft Homes is nothing but amazing things. 1st GCH is the new builder in royal bay. So any negative things about the 1st build, they are gone. GCH have been amazing from the start with our new build. To help with customs, questions about the smallest detail. If you want an great place to live come here. I am in love with my new home

I bought a house in Royal Bay and did not have the best experience with the Home Store staff at Gable Craft. However, we bought in January, 2018, and since then, the Gable Craft Home Store has had a complete change over of staff. I have met with the new staff a few times and they are much more personable and honest than the ones my husband and I had bought from. I know they have been working hard to right the wrongs of the past staff members.

Their former staff were not knowledgeable about how their design selections worked, rarely seamed to have an answer to our questions, and would not get back to us with answers when they said they would "look into it". There ended up being a lot of inconsistencies and disappointment for us.

I believe the experience buying a home now would be better than mine. Although I had a poor experience with the staff, I don't regret is as the house is what we wanted and it is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and a good upcoming community.

The realtor on-site was extremely helpful. Had huge attention to detail and expressed his vision of what Royal Bay would look like in the coming years.
