Hey, guys if you're looking for a good landlord and rental property "Sanpra" is the best option in Victoria ...I love living here in their house on Alder Street...All the maintenance right away and fixed each issue. They also do follow-up emails and phone calls and include an app to pay rent... Never had that sort of attention before. Great job....highly recommended.....
Mr. Sid from Sanpra was very open to listen my requirements for housing considering a short time period, he gave me and my family the opportunity to rent a three bed townhouse. I saw all his support dealing and closing with the landlord. At the end of the rental period all was set up as agreed (check out, inspection, deposit and hydro bills). Excellent experience and service! I do recommend their services.
