I took my elderly in-laws and young family to this little jewel. The food was excellent and so it was the service. However, parking is a problem. It is especially difficult for people with mobility problems due to lack of assigned handicap parking anywhere.
The interior is well appointed, spacious, very clean and roomy, no elbows from next table touching my plate.
The service is superb and it matches the quality of the food and the very affordable prices. Ensure to specify how "hot" [spicy] you want your food

Not being a sports bar or cantina, I would SINCERELY do away with the gigantic TV screen as it spoils the tranquil ambience required for a peaceful dinner without being assaulted by TV images.. For watching TV I go to my living room of a rowdy and noisy sport bar.

The pho has improved since my last visit many years ago. The broth is a little beefier tasting than traditionally and not as clear as stock is traditionally supposed to be. That said, the broth was very tasty and I would go back. I give the Pho a 7/10. Most places have an option of sizes, but you only get the one size here. It was a good lunch size for me, but I would prefer the option of a larger size for dinner. For most people, I think the current size would suffice.

Service was wonderful and food was even better. Very authentic and delicious! Just visiting here in Victoria but would want to come here again for sure! The atmosphere was delightful and a must visit!

This is the real deal. Quick service. Food is so clean and simple, but delicious. Very friendly owner.

Our favourite Asian restaurant and we just enjoyed another meal from there last night. There is a serious food allergy in our family and Ken is always gracious and attentive to ensure our concerns are addressed. We regularly use their takeout service and we've never been disappointed.
