Jan was stellar for us in a crazy market. He was flexible in working with us, including being on standby twice when we we went into multiple offer situations and weren't successful. Ultimately, Jan conducted a pre-offer inspection for us on short notice which was vital to us getting the house of our dreams, and his thoroughness allowed us to go in without an inspection condition with confidence.

Jan has been absolutely incredible to us in this crazy market, inspections sometimes need to be done same day or next and he has gone above and beyond for us!
