My family and I booked a tour on our Alaskan Cruise and on of its ports of call was in Victoria Canada. We took the Butterfly and Butchart Gardens. PNWTS was the bus company that Princess used. Pete with the Yellow Sunglasses our driver was great and same with his tour helper Nina. I have to give kudos to both as my brother has had short term memory loss and both were concern as when my brother arrived he claimed that was alone at Butterfly Gardens. Since he was the first one in line, they accommodated him and my family. They were both relieved to find out that his caregiver told them he was not alone. I would like to thank them both for allowing my brother to sit next to Nina. They were both prompt, professional and made sure that we were all taken care off.
