Oh my what an experience in kindness, customer amazing care, and wisdom shared on my system. I even had the bonus of Tano, since he lived close, set up my system in my home. He spent an hour from his day off being thoughtful for me to not ponder, worry or stress on my setup. All was perfect. Thank you SoundHounds for your lovely staff.

Absolutely, one of my best shopping experiences! Paul helped me out with an amplifier and it was exactly what I was looking for. Everyone is very laid-back and the staff go out of their way to know the customer. Product knowledge is unmatched anywhere else in Victoria. I went back the next day after my purchase and Paul entertained my request to play some Steely Dan on their showroom system; what a treat. I highly recommend Sound Hounds for audio equipment.

Unlike other outlets in town, Sound Hounds specializes in audio and their sales people are expert [and honest] in demonstrating equipment at various price points. Can't recommend them more highly.
