Nice quite building pet friendly and the people there are very welcoming and nice.overall a very nice place to live.
Quiet, very suitable for families (although not many kids here). I have been here a year and I have been very impressed with the overall kindness of the other tenants. The lifestyle in this building is healthy, backing on to a beautiful trail through the Garry Oaks, and there is another small trail/ park adjacent to the parking lot. Wonderful social dogs and dog owners who are easy to get to know when out walking the trails. The apartments are clean with simple nice decor, and Capreit has been very responsive and quick to any small issues that have arisen. A shout out to Scott with Capriet who has been helpful throughout my rental and living process, and the maintenance guy...super friendly, hard working and informative. If I could change one thing here it would be that the tenants do a better job of proper recycle and garbage.
This is a nice, quiet, pet friendly apartment building up on the hill with a short walk to Thetis Lake and the Galloping Goose Trail. The tenants we have met so far are friendly and pleasant. Since we moved in three months ago, we had a few minor issues in our suite and the rental company Capreit responded and dealt with them quickly. The only drawback we have encountered is that there is limited visitor parking and that the bus comes up Six Mile Road only at peak hours.
