I went to upgrade my phone and I was helped by a very helpful, funny, and knowledgeable man named Jeremy. He was amazing. Everything I needed was taken care of. It was quick, but I still felt like I wasn't being rushed at the same time. The customer service was an 11/10. I highly recommend visiting this location if you want reliable service from highly skilled people that take the time to give you the best possible deal and understand what will suit your needs. Ask for Jeremy, he will be super helpful and he was really funny, making it such a great experience!

I stopped by yesterday for a new phone and was so happy with how easy it was. The rep was very helpful and explained my new plan and warranty nice and clearly.

The team at this store is amazing. Carol is fantastic, so knowledgeable and very attentive. They got my phone totally set up and working before I left the store and Carole even got a colleague to help to speed things up. Never been so impressed with a cellular store and the team (especially Carol) are a huge asset to virgin mobile.

Every time I go to them for any billing questions they always help me out. The guy there also helped me get my new red iphone and set it up too. Thanks to the virgin team at hillside mall. You guys are awesome
