Just called these guys for some advice as to why my retractable awning was misbehaving. Barb was very friendly and did not hesitate to provide me with the information I required. Barb and the team helped me out with a quick project and it worked out great! Quick turn around from the concept sketch I sent them to the finished product. Pricing was fair and they got us out of a bind. Saved us from shipping components in from half way across the country. Would highly recommend Petes Tent & Awning. Thanks again!

Super helpful and wonderful customer service. I dropped in to pick up a small piece of fabric to patch one of my tents at home. Although she was obviously super busy, the owner took the time to help me figure out the best material for my needs and even saved me money by finding a scrap piece that would work. Thanks again!
