I'm writing this review because of a wonderful experience I had with Margo at this branch. I had a frustrating issue and she was so helpful, patient and kind. I just received a call letting me know that she went above and beyond to assist me with an issue that was actually my responsibility to resolve with Scotiabank. I'm glad this is my home branch =)

Very helpful and efficient financial advice and account rework by Heather. Refreshing change to not feel like I was talking to a computer program through a person.

Awesome bank; been with Scotia for over a decade and will continue to bank here. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the hours; a lot of the time when in need of a teller, I have to either take off early from work or take the entire day off pending on my business with Scotia. I would like to see increased hours as well as being open for at least an hour or two on Sundays. But all in all, I love this bank and will continue to bank here.

I feel like I am cared about at this place! I am always greeted by lots of smiles and they always remember me and what I was off to do or excited about....so they ask. I know they actually care and are listening to me. These are some of the best people I have ever had at a bank and if it comes down to it, this branch is my favorite of all Scotia branches. Great people, caring and considerate. Thank you.
