(February 22, 2019, 3:01 am)We took my son to the emergency room as he was struggling to breathe from such a bad cough (which turned out to be croup). The emergency doctor and nurses took such good care of him. He spent a night in the ICU and one night on peds and everyone we met along the way was absolutely amazing. The nurses and doctors were so diligent and delivered such good care. We moved to Victoria after losing a child and deciding we wanted to raise our son where there is a good hospital. This experience solidified that the decision was the right one. The care we experienced is unlike anywhere we have ever been. Thank-you from the bottom of my heart!

(January 2, 2019, 4:52 pm)This morning we called the Royal Jubilee Hospital after having been transferred by the Victoria General hospital. We were needing to confirm the hospital our Niece was admitted to recently. We were calling from Ontario we were exceptionally impressed with the professionalism of everyone we spoke with and their assistance in answering our questions. The co-operation of this staff certainly brought us comfort when concerned about a loved one admitted to hospital when we are 3000 miles away. Thank you staff at the Victoria General Hospital and the Royal Jubilee Hospital for your kindness and assistance. Happy New Year!
