Had to get my computer fixed and dreaded losing it for weeks and weeks of repairs (and needing to "rent" a shop computer while I wait, as places downtown suggest). Got my repair done with Byte computers and can't be happier - they were friendly in person and on the phone, got the work done in less than a week (including ordering the new part and testing it before the repair). Quick, easy and in my case - covered by my Apple warranty. I would highly recommend them for genius repair orders, much better than London Drugs, places downtown or in Oak Bay (this I've learned through experience)
Went in with an obscure problem with an old iPhone. Fellow worked with me for 20 minutes to fix it...successfully! No charge. Awesome!
Knowledgeable and friendly service. Matt has been incredibly patient and professional in assisting me with purchasing and setting up my new laptop. So much better than dealing with big box stores. Highly recommend!
