Dean of Silver Cedar is a very competent builder and his experience goes a long way in the quality of his building. Would definitely recommend him if you are looking at building or doing a large renovation!

We've been in our new home built by Dean's "people" at Silver Cedar over 4 months now and are very happy with the results. It is well built and solid.

The "shell"was ordered from Pacific Homes but the foundation , the finishing and all the Labour was Silver Cedar. The sub contractors were good and Dean did all the communicating about details or questions. He is always available and even now if anything needs adjustment he is ready to arrange it or comes over himself.
During construction the workers were all respectful and there was never any foul language or loud music heard...something I appreciate. I'm sure the neighbours were happy when the work went indoors and big noisy machines stopped coming but otherwise all went well.
Highly recommend this contractor for a new home.
