Diana did not throw the customers money around. She made really wise decisions on how to spend it by doing repairs in keeping with the original quality of each specific item. For example, the deck had been beautifully done by someone who had put care into it, but parts of it were rotten. Diana had us replace those parts with matching parts and finishes. My carpenter and I felt good about doing this, plus the whole effect was an eye catching deck that a buyer could immediately see themselves enjoying. Diana is knowledgeable and makes good decisions in my book.
