Clean..Clean And Greeted with Joy and a smile even if it is hidden behind a mask.. After a long day Travelling.. I was amazed to find truck parking and being told at checking that Hot Dinner was being delivered to my door.. ( look at the picture) it was delicious… This is a gem and on your next travels in the area… you got to check this place… Thumbs Up from me.. Cheers and Happy 2022

Got stuck in fauquier and needed a place to stay the night and they were able to accommodate me. Lovely room, super clean and very kind reception.

Great setup with great outdoor areas, right beside needles ferry, nicely appointed rooms and clean.

It was fantastic. Owners tried to meet every need. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Grounds were spotless, well watered, green and covered in shrubs and bushes. Beautiful. Nice outdoor seating areas for eating in groups or relaxing and plenty of new BBQs. We came on motorcycles and our group took two rooms. The accommodations and those hosting (owners) couldn't have been nicer! Highly recommend!!

This felt like a hidden gem nestled away in nature, just a stone's throw from the Needles Ferry. Beautiful set-up for a motel, very nicely landscaped yard, some great seating areas overlooking the lake, and incredibly friendly owners (we mostly spoke with Liz), along with their staff (one of the cleaners Joy was a "joy" to chat with, and her kids got along so well with our 3 year old daughter, it was a heartbreaking moment when we had to drag her away kicking and screaming to catch the ferry. An overall memorable one night stay, and we wish we had more time. Will make a point to come back. Thanks everyone!
