I bought a used Ram truck from Elite about 6 months ago. I was having an issue with a check engine light coming on intermittently. when I took it back, Mike the service manager determined it might have been a pre existing issue from when I bought the truck and completely took care of everything for me. You don't see this kind of service very often anymore.
