She stays on top of her competitors and will get you the best price and the best products. We love our kayak racks and snowboard rack and are happy Megan pointed us in the best direction. She even helps us with the install every spring and fall. Such great customer service! It is a bonus that she is the owner and a local. We love to support local shops.

Megan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me get parts for my roof rack so that it is complete and fits my car.
I would certainly go back to her shop if I need any other parts for my new racks!
