“Great service by Alex. Good and proper recommendations on new tires, needed them urgently and although not in stock he got them transferred over from another store right then and there. Had a long standing prior leak issue in one wheel, when it continued with the new set of tires Alex sourced it to a valve stem issue that others had missed and got that replaced promptly and no more slow leak on that wheel. “I have taken both our vehicles to Autoplace for brake inspections. Joe said I only needed to do the brakes on one of the vehicles. He suggested the second vehicle be checked in 6 months. In addition, I was told by the Hyundai dealer that the water pump was leaking on my wife's car. I had Joe check it and he said that was not the case. On another occasion i had booked an oil change. I waited for the oil change to be done. After about 45 minutes I went up to the service desk and asked how much longer . It appeared that someone dropped the ball as they had not even brought the vehicle in for servicing. They ended up doing the synthetic oil change and for my trouble they did not charge me. All to say that I have been very impressed with both the customer service as well as the honesty . You hear so many horror stories about auto dealers and service garages doing work not required so when you find a auto service company that is honest and gives great service, it is a pleasant surprise. Autoplace on Springfield road will definitely be where I will be taking our cars for all future servicing. Thanks to Joe and staff.”

“Tyler from Budget Blinds of Kelowna did a small job for myself in my previous home (Bathroom blind + Back Entrance Door). I had a couple of things I was not happy with and Tyler fixed everything to my liking! The job was so small that I am sure that the company made very little profit if any, but things were looked after to my satisfaction! When I purchased my new home Budget Blinds was the company doing the job for my entire house hands down! Tyler came out to the house and measured everything and advised what colours he thought I should go with to compliment the surroundings in my home. Tyler absolutely NAILED IT!!!! the colours matched beautifully and the blinds fit exactly! Tyler had recommended a battery operated blind for my Sun Roof in the Kitchen area, since being installed the heat that was coming in through the Summer has been eliminated + eliminating heat loss through the Winter months! The Blind has been operational for 7 months and the batteries have not been replaced once + the blind has been operational @ 100% the entire time! 2 other power operated blinds (Re-Chargeable - No charge has been needed as of yet) they were installed on 2 small windows that are also working AWESOME!!! When the blinds were installed in the house Tyler wanted to be on scene with his installation crew to make sure everything was to my satisfaction - which it was 100% plus!!! I would highly recommend Budget Blinds of Kelowna, Tyler and his entire team!”
