Really exceptional customer service, and beautiful products.

As an example - my favourite ring was a gift puchased from Silent Noise. I wore it almost daily for a few years, but somehow lost it over a year ago...kept hoping it would show up but it never did.

So a couple of weeks ago I stopped into the store to see if I could find something similar. Styles have changed and although there are many attractive and unique rings, I really loved everything about my old one; how it looked, how comfortable it was, how it didn't catch on anything. I told Gadi the story and he asked me to describe the ring. I managed to find a photo; he immediately knew the artist, and he said he would email me pictures of some options.

Long story short, he managed to find essentially the identical ring - along with other lovely options. I picked it up today - sized perfectly of course - and as such my brain is finally free to stop mentally searching for the old one. Not generally one to get attached to 'things', but when something is physically attached to you for so long, its absence is felt.

Gadi understood that, empathized - and efficiently resolved it. Five stars - absolutely and without question.

My husband had our 30th wedding anniversary rings made by silent noise and they are gorgeous. This was 10 years ago and they are still wonderful.
