On October 4, 2023 I purchased an Ashley chaise/sectional, colour Driftwood. On October 10, 2023 the chaise/sectional was delivered by Brown's Transport, Vernon, exceptional service, delivered on date/time specified, Dustin and the 2 young men were amazing, thank you.

Sukh Sandhawa, Assistant Manager/Sales Consultant provided his expertise in my selection for my living room. The chaise/sectional is classy, extremely comfortable and has exceeded my expectations. I dislike shopping, Sukh Sandhawa made this a pleasurable experience, no pressure and excellent customer service. A very satisfied customer.

Amazing service and Puneet was more than helpful in helping us make the right decision for a new stove and dishwasher. Last year, I bought recliner chair from City Furniture & Appliances. It stopped working few weeks ago. I called store and same day Ray came to my house to fix my chair. He told me that something is wrong with the motor. He said, if he find motor in store he will change it as soon as he can and if he doesn’t have same motor then store will order new motor for my chair. Next day, I got a call from Ray that he found same motor and he will come to change it for me. I am so happy with the service. Really appreciate that Ray. Thank you very much!

Great staff and fantastic selection. Gave me a reasonable quote on a suite of LG appliances.

Update: it took me a long time to decide and deal with insurance, but now I've placed the order. These guys are honest and work hard for your business. And they are very patient while you take your time :)

Lots of appliances, furniture to choose from. The salesman and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Very price competitive. Highly recommended.
