TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I had the pleasure of dealing with Leanne this morning. She was an absolute delight and went out of her way to help me.

Every time I come in I'm greeted with a smile and pleasant small talk. I came in the day before my birthday and mentioned it to the staff, who of course wished me a happy birthday. However, it was the day after my birthday that really sparked me to write this. I went in again to cash a birthday cheque and the lady remembered me. She brought out a fruit pizza she had made and gave me some! I wish I remembered her name. The man working nearby looked over and wished me a belated happy birthday, too.
Another time I was waiting in line to ask about using my new Visa Debit, a lady came out of her office and heard my problem and offered to help before her customer came for her appointment. She went out of her way to help me, just so I didn't have to continue waiting :)
All in all, I love the people who work here and haven't had a bad experience at all. Keep up the good work, guys!

Location is convenient with automatic door, plenty of parking & wheel chair accessible. Excellent service because staff are friendly, fast & fun! They also often have community events or have fundraisers for the BC Children's Hospital right in the branch. And of course I love their hours. It would be nice to have a second ATM machine there but usually the wait is short.
