My massage with Mercedes was exactly what my body needed. I felt deeply rejuvenated after the 60 minutes and could feel that my spine was more aligned than when I walked in. Mercedes holds such a peaceful space for her clients. Her vibes are so comforting and she is very intuitive, knowing exactly what your body needs in the moment. I loved her holistic approach to massage therapy. It was my first time doing craniosacral therapy and I highly recommend everyone to try it- I felt like a new person afterwards! I was amazed at how fast my stress & back pain melted away after just one session. Thank you, Mercedes, for such an incredibly healing practice!

Everything you need under one roof, with great, friendly, competent staff and knowledgeable, passionate, and personable therapists. A five star experience that i would recommend to anyone and will keep experiencing myself regularly. Mercedes is an excellent RMT! She identified the areas that needed work quickly and made short work of some very restrictive pains that i was experiencing. Always looking forward to my next appointment.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Tomkins and Dr. Tassone as teachers, doctors and mentors. As a 4th year naturopathic medical student I found myself completely re-inspiried after preceptoring with these incredible NDs for a week this summer. They are driven by the grassroots principles the holistic approach naturopathic medicine is meant to take while staying current with the scientific research. They are present and connected to their patients and they certainly are putting in work behind the scenes to deliver the best care.
