The lady who owns this place is an amazingly friendly, witty, kind person. She is a phenomenal cook and her hollandaise sauce is the best I’ve had on the island. Quick service, very attentive to her customers and attuned to when they need a bit more time without hassle. Honestly I will be coming back here again.
Visited for the first time Sunday January 7th for lunch. Everything was absolutely amazing and we appreciated the service...best waitress we have had in a long time. The food was fresh, tasty, served in generous portions and the coffee was great as well. My husband had a beef burger and I had a veggie burger. Looking forward to coming back! Thank you!!!!!!
I've got some good memories of this place. I've only been twice, but in the coming years it will be a regular stop. The first time I was here in 2021, the wait staff allowed me to rest and recharge my electric bike while I waited for a friend, and the second time the food made the memory sweeter.
Well worth the stop in for a bit.
Inside and patio seating.
Patio can get traffic noisy depending
on time of day.
Just basic good food with generous potions.
Senior breakfast menu, all items $15
Great find (thanks fellow reviewers!), we headed here on the way down to the ferry and had an all round happy feast. Special was pulled pork sandwich with a side of spicy Thai prawn soup - was delicious. I had the sambo with fries and even with several eager helpers we had to get a to-go box for the remains. Kids meal was great and varied and the poutine was too much for even my voracious eater to handle. Handy that we could also stop for gas and some bevies for when we were at home. The lady who was running everything singles handed was lovely too. Well worth the stop.
