BC Transit - Comox Valley Transit System

I have a lot of respect for bus drivers... Not only are they driving a beast of a vehicle, but they have the lives of many many people in their hands ! They need to somehow remain super attentive to the outside world while also handling a variety of different humans coming on combined with many distractions etc... That said, Comox valley has some of the kindest, empathetic, friendliest and funniest drivers I've seen across Canada ! I am honestly SOOOOO grateful for those drivers. (Special shout-out to all the female drivers, JD, Sheldon... You make my day with your genuine kindness)
Now with THAT said, the valley has the WORST transit set up and flow.... I've ever experienced. It's like.. so bad. There have been countless times where the bus just doesn't show up, leaving me late for work or family... And worse, there are times I'm left outside. Waiting for over an hour in the rain and cold, just to get home. For instance tonight, the 4:02 just never came--- it took me 1.5 hrs to get home, (what is typically a 12 min drive or a 25 min Bus commute)I'm so unbelievably cold :(
There was NO alerts... Google maps said the bus was coming but somehow it just .. what... Teleports.. vanishes ! No, just simply skipped with no heads up.

Also, calling into the transit office so redic, especially if you lost an item. No one picks up nor returns your calls.

I understand there's been less staff, but there has to be better way to let the people that rely on transit, know if the bus is cancelled. .. instead causing anxiety.

Oh and there's a new bus driver, hands down the meanest person on earth --- unlike his fellow colleagues.

I am not happy with the dropping of my early morning route being canceled due to a lack of staff. I have to pay extra money out of my budget to take a taxi to work. I would prefer to take a bus to work.

Generally 5stars, some of the new drivers are brutal though :/ not helpful or polite, just down right grumpy, new drivers always complaining a bike is to big for the rack, when clearly the bike fits/does NOT overhang or obscure thier view, a potential rider, asked when a #12 would arrive, the driver simply stated he did not know and closed the door on the person and drove away.
We need more drivers like Gloria, Tala, Earl, Sam, Ken, Ed, JD ( flowerman) these drivers are the best
