    We were pleased with our choice of Brett to buy a home in the Courtenay / Comox area. He was patient and responsive as we narrowed down our preferred location and highest priorities.     We chose Brett based on his great reviews as coming from the Lower Mainland, we didn’t personally know any realtors in the Courtenay/Comox area. He certainly lived up to his motto “Above and Beyond” by staying on top of all relevant listings and always maintaining an open line of communication with us. He knows the valley extremely well and we relaxed, confident we were being guided by a thoroughly knowledgeable professional who not only understands the bigger real estate trends but also pays great attention to detail.     Our experience with Brett has been wonderful. He is efficient, extremely organized and an excellent communicator. His contacts with other business people in the community of Courtenay and Comox were very helpful and made it possible for us to get various inspections and necessary financial plans set up in a professional and timely manner. Brett is kind and very calm which made the whole experience of purchasing a home much easier. Brett knows the real estate business very well and we felt comfortable and in good hands!
