I have had the pleasure of being Dr. Hoar's patient for shingles near the eye and for two cataract surgeries. I can only say that he and his staff have made all my time with them a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend.

Hard for me to judge skill and expertise but the results are irrefutable. Dr. Hoare did a fantastic job. I can see clearly. But I can judge the other things - staff were great. Office ran on time. Everyone pleasant and efficient. Best of all, I live remote and have logistical challenges - Dr. Hoare and his office accommodated me as much as they could and way more than expected. They give service and care as well as expertise and measurable results. Can't ask for more. In fact, I have recommended him to anyone who might need his skills.
