Great quality plants, fast shipping, and good selection of hard to find varieties.
I’ve been ordering succulents and cacti from Valley Succulents online for a couple years now. 10/10 would recommend. The plants come packaged very well, have been bigger than I expect and are always in fantastic shape. They have a great selection too including some cold hardy species.
This does NOT even compare to your average succulent selection at some garden centre, or even a higher-end nursery. The aloe hybrids alone blew me away. Some popular common and many rare varieties of aloe, agave, euphorbia trigona, sempervivum, echeveria, sedum, gasteria, sanseveria, opuntia, crasssula, lithops, many many haworthia. Gorgeous. (Loads of impressive cacti too but I’m less familiar.) They have many cool-weather tolerant cacti and succulents, like prickly pear native to BC.
Definitely worth stopping in to admire the collection and impossible to leave without adopting some. I’d wanted to visit for a long time and it was worth the wait!!
Ordered a whole lot of succulents, from Haworthia to Stomaticum, Graptopetalum, Oscularia.... Lots of cacti. Unfortunately for the local plant stores around Vancouver, I will never go back to them since Valley Succulents sent me pristine plants in the CORRECT soil and wrapped so well that I basically only had to dust them off and place them on the shelf. A few plants had to be shipped without soil but the packaging was so nice that every single plants I received already looked healthy in the box, and after a month by the window, they are thriving and looking like they were never put in a box and shipped. Very very impressed not only by the selection that this business has, but the quality of the plants they shipped me. I'd rather order online and have them shipped (and I can't believe I'm saying this about plants) rather than buying them from the local stores with flies and incorrect soil that causes root rot.
Valley Suuculents has a variety of Echeverrias, Cactus and many more. You'll be surprised to see that they even have hard-to-find plants. Not only that, Jamey sees to it that they are fairly priced, but most of the time....way cheaper. Im from Toronto so Jamey ships.them to me. They are packed carefully and is well protected. Ive attached pictures. Highly recommended!
