(November 27, 2023, 3:34 am)I made a typo in the email address with my order so did not receive my purchase receipt. When I picked up the tv from the store, the receipt was not ready to print. I gave the correct email address to Alex, who went above and beyond to send it to me. Many thanks Alex for your great customer service!
(July 25, 2023, 6:35 pm)Prices were good service was good . Some concern about after the product had been sold. A bit like a washing of the hands when it comes to a Best Buy warranty unless you buy their warranty. Also I was not contacted when my product had arrived for pick up, I had to do the follow up. Finally the strong lads that work at best buy will not assist you with loading you appliance into your truck , you are on your own with this also.
