Dave was here last week to clean our wood stove and prepare it for next season. He was very personable and efficient and left no sign he had even been here. He discovered that the locking mechanism had deteriorated (by the way it squeaked)and is coming back soon to replace what needs to be updated. We were happy with his work and how he conducted himself while here. I will add the fifth star to the review as soon as Dave comes back.
I recently had my fireplace quit on me while I was awaiting a new heat pump. It would start and burn for a minute, then go out. Since the fireplace was my only source of heat I was rather distraught and they had no gas fitter available. I had taken it apart and cleaned it in case there was dirt causing the issue but when I did so I disconnected the sparker wire so I made things worse.(I have fixed it myself in the past this way but forgot about that wire.) Anyway the service girl called back and asked if she could send someone out who was not a gas fitter but very knowledgeable. Yes please! He came over, realized I had disconnected the sparker wire and put everything back together for me. It worked! So the cleaning must have done something and his realizing that I had disconnected the wire and made things worse was great. I asked him what he did over there as I knew he wasn’t a gas fitter and he informed me that he was the owner. Anyway, I was most appreciative, he was amazing and never did he make me feel stupid for not realizing I had disconnected that wire (when I should have.) I highly recommend this man and his business for making sure that I was able to keep warm! Service with a smile!
Purchased and had them install our gas fireplace 4 yrs ago. We had a couple warranty concerns off the trot, but Tommy the owner, was patient and followed through to insure we were happy with the results. Fast forward to 2022, their customer service has remained high! Friendly and knowledgable staff!
These guys went above and beyond to deliver our new hot tub during a snow blizzard last month. They totally stood behind their product. When an item didn’t work they pulled out all the stops to get a replacement part in time for Christmas. Even though Denise( who incidentally is an amazing resource for anything hot tub related!) was running the campaign, everyone we spoke to at the store was more than helpful and we really felt they cared. We’ve been relying on their great service since we bought our first hot tub from them 13 years ago. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
The installers were amazing. They were very friendly, clean and knowledgeable. The job was done so quick. Estimate was very close & actually came in a little under budget.
