I have to say the staff are amazing and made my experience enjoyable if you can belive it. They have a basic setup and from the moment you walk in they make you feel comfortable. Love the fact I heard every single staff member sing and they all sound great. If you want a down to earth group of people who treat you like family this is the clinic you need.

I found this dental clinic after researching for a dental clinic in Courtenay as I needed a second opinion for a dental procedure. Dr. Watson and his team were welcoming, friendly, and honest. I felt part of the process as Dr. Watson explained everything to me clearly and he did not rush. I changed dentist clinics and had a cleaning and checkup. The cleaning was one of the best cleanings I have had. I highly recommend the Downtown Dental Centre in Courtenay.
