Rick was absolutely fantastic!! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain to us what he was doing, how it worked and what it meant. Our primary interest as I told him during the visit was a heat pump. He took the initiative to discuss solar with us as well, but at the time we weren't sold on the idea so it wasn't included in the upgrade recommendations. We looked more into the idea of solar and decided it was worth further consideration. When we contacted Rick about adding it to the upgrade recommendation report, not only was he enthusiastic about updating his report, he did it that very same day. Amazing!!! When we looked through the report, he was extremely detailed with his recommendations, including a lot of suggestions and things to consider as we go through the process. We are thoroughly impressed with Rick's performance and highly, highly recommend him to anyone considering efficiency upgrades and need an EnerGuide evaluation....he definitely went above and beyond.
