(August 4, 2021, 1:26 am)Nice and attentive staff. Came in for out of province transit pass, didn't have passport as primary ID (odd BC rule won't recognize Alberta drivers licence as valid ID). Agent called ICBC for relaxation.
(May 3, 2018, 5:19 am)My first experience with a claim came April 23, 2018. The personnel at 505 Crown Isle Blvd, Courtenay, BC made my experience a very positive one. They were all helpful and found the adjuster 'Wayne' to be fair and understanding. I found no basis for the negative perspective shown by "lawyer firm" advertisements. Nice Personnel. Keep up the cheerful disposition.
