Meicor Realty Management Svc

My experience with Meicor has been amazing. Hillary Turple is super professional and a excellent communicator. She kept everything transparent, clear and fair with me. I will anyday recommend there service in the community. Thank you Hillary and Meicor I appreciate the last 8 years of our association and hopefully our paths will cross again in future. I am not sure why this place has so many one star reviews. Maybe because if someone has a bad experience they are more inclined to share it? Anyway, I want to say that my experience with this company has been great. The folks I spoke with Jen, Hillary, and Wayne are professional and kind. They have maintained communication during this transition of moving and I feel like as a team, they have gone above and beyond to ensure my move is a good one. I have always got prompt and professional responses from them as well. When I was viewing rental units Jen and Hillary were able to answer all my pressing questions without concern. This was great. I did not feel pressured to rent with them nor did I feel judged by them. If you are reading this, I would take the one star reviews with a grain of salt :) I am a happy tenant with them!

A perfectly reasonable and easy to work with property management company.

I found myself in the admirable situation of being able to move from Victoria back to my beloved North-ish Island. The real estate/rental market up here is getting a bit nuts, but Meicor has been fantastic to work with. they were swift in their response when we inquired about any rental properties, their caretakers have been professional and kind, and the office staff has continued to be fantastic to work with.

They answer questions quickly (usually within a day or two, i only waited longer once and that was during a very busy season) and they've always given me reason to believe that they are interested in being fair and equitable in their dealings with their tenants, and have been absolutely hands off unless something repair/maintenance related has come up.

If you find a place managed by Meicor, rest assured, they'll treat you well and give you peace of mind.
