Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the existing manager at the time. I simply asked to get the correct information on the use of the EV charging units in the hotel because the front desk personnel had incorrect information, and his response was that it was my responsibility to know how to use those chargers instead of providing help on the questions. (rude)

Gifted an Oh Spa certificate for my birthday, I enjoyed a massage. From the moment I entered, the staff group was so upbeat and cohesive in being caring and efficient. Devin's treatment was AMAZING! I would return for sure. Excellent all-round everything. GREAT staff!!

Amazing spa connected to a wonderful hotel located directly on the river, and near a beautiful estuary.

Cannot get over how relaxing it is gazing on the beauty of it before sessions.

Honestly this is probably one of the nicest hotels on the island. The staff was super accommodating, the place is extremely clean, and the rooms are huge and extremely comfortable. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Very nice hotel near the River. Beautiful grounds and walking access to nearby amenities.
