The team at Ridgeline is exceptional in all aspects. There simply is no need to look elsewhere when your appliances need repairs and they will be my go to company for any future repairs.

An online repair request was initiated on a Sunday evening. Next morning prior to 0930, Ridgeline had contacted us and later that same morning Cody was at the door ready to go. Friendly and courteous, his years of experience enabled him to quickly diagnose the problem. Cody had the replacement part on hand and our washer was back up and running in short order.

In summary, great service from the dream team at a fair price. Thank you both.

He's awesome at his job and has fixed our appliances a few times with crafty and cheap fixes when it would have been easy for a less dedicated person to just recommend purchasing a new unit or new part. I have nothing but nice things to say about Ridgeline! They helped us to troubleshoot potential problems with our broken fridge in hopes it was a quick fix.
