I had Prepco completely change our backyard to rid of us unwanted water. Drainage is a big problem in our neighborhood, and the blame should lie with the developer and the few builders of Crown Isle. Needless to say, we paid a large sum of money to have prepco remove the lawn, re-slope the yard, install a dry creek bed with bedding areas, move existing trees and add some cypress border hedging. A patio area of rock was put in as well. All looked great and was great for a year. This past winter 2017/18, saw much rainfall. This should not have affected our yard had it been properly sloped for water as asked for. The winter's water remained as a pool in the middle of the yard and and completely killed off the grass. I have called Prepco three times to get an assessment of the damage and try to find a solution. Gilles, owner and operator of Prepco did not return any of my calls. Frustrating to say the least. I took it upon myself to correct the slope, put french drains in and re-seed. Hopefully I can have a lovely yard again. I would ensure that if you are going to put forward large sums of money with this company, at least have a contract in writing for the shortfalls of customer support and warranty. I rated him fairly in the middle as I believe had he gotten back to me regarding a solution, customer support would have seen a higher rating. As there was no attempt, I caution people from seeking this company for any landscaping water issues.
