I was welcomed promptly & kindly. Tara was warm & attentive and clear about how she wished to proceed in meeting my health needs. Tara skillfully shared her knowledge & experience as well as her expertise in massage therapy. I was very happy with my treatment. :)

I’m hesitant to post this review only because I still want to be able to get an appointment with her, but it has to be said: Jen is an absolutely amazing RMT!! I had a fantastic treatment yesterday and immediately went home and booked more. Probably the best RMT I’ve ever come across! She did a really thorough history prior to the treatment and adjusted pressure throughout, I left feeling relaxed with much less tension and pain! Looking forward to my next treatment :)

Jen is a wonderful RMT therapist. She has helped me through recent injuries and long term issues with her amazing skills. Her compassion and intuition is underpinned with knowledgeable and calm professionalism. I am so glad she relocated back to Cumberland.

Every service I've received at Cumberland Village Wellness has been extraordinary. The attention and care put into assessing my individual needs at each appointment is consistently top notch. I also really appreciate the thoughtful ways that my overall health is considered and protected through choices this business has made in following ever-changing Covid protocols. Lastly, though I see the RMT's for treatment and not relaxation, the setting is so serene, and peaceful and the decor is uncluttered and so spotlessly clean that I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed as if I've just visited a day-spa. I highly recommend this massage therapy practice.

I have seen Elissa twice so far and she is beyond amazing. She put me at ease and I was basically like a rag doll by the end. I came in for a hip injury and in 1 treatment I basically had no pain for several weeks where as before I was in deep pain every day. I’m doing more therapeutic massage because of this. When it’s over I feel sooo good! She also did cranial sacral work and wow…that was powerfully relaxing and restorative. Basically I’m in la la land for a few days afterwards. The centre is quiet and comfortable with a zen vibe. I highly recommend Elissa!
