(December 18, 2022, 4:21 am)Had a ductless heat pump installed a couple months ago and it's great. The guys did an efficient and highly quality installation. Communication could have been a bit better. It took six months to get the equipment (supply chain issues) and we never received updates unless we called. Pretty minor grievance though for an overall highly professional experience.

I got what I paid for and on a big purchase like this that is all I want. Now we are navigating the rebate waters which is an entirely different matter. WJ is helping us and I will update this review on all that. I trust this guy 100%
