The team from Whisky Jack installed a ductless heat/AC Samsung system at our house 2 weeks ago. Very happy with their work, 2 thumbs up! Good pricing on a reliable system.

We are so please with these people. We contacted 3 different company and settled with Whisky Jack because of their attention to our needs. The installers were polite and clean. the communication and advices were excellent. I would strongly recommend them to anyone

Had a ductless heat pump installed a couple months ago and it's great. The guys did an efficient and highly quality installation. Communication could have been a bit better. It took six months to get the equipment (supply chain issues) and we never received updates unless we called. Pretty minor grievance though for an overall highly professional experience.

Whiskey Jack was easy to deal with. Straight forward and honest. They got us a good heat pump at a fair price and installed it perfectly and on time. I got what I paid for and on a big purchase like this that is all I want. Now we are navigating the rebate waters which is an entirely different matter. WJ is helping us and I will update this review on all that. I trust this guy 100%
