(May 25, 2020, 12:01 am)Compared to any other inspector we’ve had, Rod did an excellent job. He is very thorough and very knowledgable. He was not afraid to get into small spaces. His 20 year electrical experience was a huge bonus!! He gave us a very thorough report afterwards with tones of pictures. I would 100% recommend him!!
(February 17, 2020, 4:48 pm)Rod was so great! He did an inspection for us with less than 24hrs notice on a Saturday. He also returned to the home to inspect some damage later and added to our original report.
Bayside Home Inspections went above and beyond for us and we could not be more grateful. Our inspections were done quickly, they were very detailed and we were provided with photos of everything to refer to later.
