My initial consultation with Mallory and Dr Mark, was not only educational but actually fun - being a new experience for me. Dr Mark laid out the facts for me for ALL that he could fix (more than I realized), but I appreciate that he didn't make me feel pressured to go forward with getting braces if I didn't want to. However, I had such a peace about going forward with it. All of the ladies I have met during my appointments have been super friendly. Vanessa worked on me next and she made me feel comfortable and at ease. “Dr.Zoom, newly married, was very good. She was patient and kind and explained everything in detail as she went along. Her assistant was equally very efficient and kind. I am extremely fearful of dentists but felt safe with them. Had a very sore tooth pulled that was full of cracks. What I really liked was that she didn’t try to push expensive procedures on me. She explained all options and the pros and cons I felt well informed moving forward. I would go back to her. An update, Dr.Zoom has moved to Victoria. However, I saw Dr. Ben today and he was fantastic. His assistant Lindsey is extremely efficient and fun. They both helped to make a scary situation less so. Great sense of humour and calming. That’s two great experiences from the the dental clinic. Oh and a shout out to Kelly the receptionist. She’s a hoot.”
