Fabulous work, replacing a home-built irrigation system from the 90s with one that has better coverage, greater water efficiency, and easier controls. Came highly recommended to me, and I highly recommend them to others based on our experience.

I couldn’t be happier. Although I had realized it might be a bit tricky to install a system in and between all of the plants I have in my established garden I really had no idea what an elaborate and time consuming puzzle it would be. I really appreciate Dean's incredibly careful plant negotiating throughout the garden and his experienced eye in the overall plan. With the placement of various kinds of nozzles, watering directions, programming etc. every part of the garden has been taken care of in such a perfect way. I truly appreciate his care and attention. The sprinklers in the back garden look like a beautiful water ballet.

We are moving fom Montréal to BC and we just bought a property in Mill Bay. I found the irrigation system needed some serious tune up with some defective heads and broken rotors. One was broken such that when the zone was on it would cause a flood under the grass. The problem was we have to return to Montreal in a few days but I wanted the system fixed as it will still be active in our absence so time was of the essence . Cheryl in the office was fantastic. She rustled up a technician a few hours after my call never mind days.

The technician was excellent. Fixed everything to my satisfaction including modifications that were needed in the programming all in a reasonable amount of time.

The invoice amount was very reasonable and I have signed on to their auto programme meaning they will come in autumn to close down the system and inspring to turn it on.

Obviously from my experience I can highly recommend them.

In fall of 2018 I received an estimate to re-jig and revive my already installed sprinkler system. The estimate was done, job booked for March 2019. $1500 (approx) was the cost to get my system back up and running with some heads added/moved around. The tech came and spent one day working hard and said she would have to come back another day to finish up. To my surprise I received a call from the company advising me they underestimated and if I wanted the job completed it would cost me another $500 (approx). Obviously with my yard in shambles I paid the extra and had the tech return and finish the job... a couple days later after the job was finished, I put my yard back together, sod back in the ground and tested the zones. After a quick test I found a couple broken heads, one of the agreed upon tasks not completed, and the system not programmed. I called and emailed asking when/if the tech planned to return to finish off. I was given a date and the tech returned to adjust some things, change out some inferior heads that were prone to breaking, and test the system. At the end of it all my system is still not programmed, one of the agreed upon tasks still not complete, and to top it off I received yet another bill for $150 (approx) for a 'spring tune up'. Obviously I complained and the bill was voided.

3 out of 5 because I believe the installation was done well, but for the price and surprise extra cost I think it should have been a Cadillac service which it was not. Of note: I had to dig up and expose the lines myself before the tech came and bury the lines after she left.
