I was very surprised at the depths they go with the testing to make sure they obtain as much information about your eyes and their health...I learned so many things about my eyes and happy to report they are healthy :)

(April 24, 2018, 2:52 am)Went there for a comprehensive eye exam and I was treated with respect and dignity and never felt like I was being treated as just a "client". The eye doctor was excellent and the entire staff was very professional. Highly recommend!!
(March 30, 2018, 11:55 pm)From the moment I entered South Cowichan Eyecare I felt warmly welcomed and well looked after.
The receptionist at the front desk was kind and courteous, and greeted me with a smile; the technician who guided me through my preliminary tests was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable; and the Dr. who examined me - Dr. Ben Inglis - was thoughtful and kind in his approach, thorough in his examination, and understanding and sympathetic in addressing my needs and concerns.
He answered all my questions, and most importantly made me feel at ease. He earned my trust and confidence. My visit was an outstanding patient-centred experience.
