(February 5, 2018, 1:16 am)A nice meander across a field and then into the woods. Follow a 25 degree hill up along a creek which cascades down to the ocean. Moss covered trees. Several bridges cross the creek as the trail goes up and down the hill. About 2 km return trip. A favorite walk of dog owners. An area overlooking the Satellite channel to Salt Spring Island has a picnic table at the base of the hill. You can also come into this trail from the top off the road that drives by the Arbutus Ridge housing area.

Manley Creek Park is located near Cherry Point Beach in Cobble Hill. Trails through this park lead to the beach with numerous bridge crossings over Manley Creek. Within the park are several picnic areas and stunning ocean views. Granfield Way, in Cobble Hill (Electoral Area C), is a trail connecting Aros Road to Manley Creek Park.
